The brief
GRIMME wanted to strengthen its presence in southern Germany and build additional trust in the product, the brand and local support around the MATRIX 1200.
The machine was not to be explained through classic product communication alone. Instead, operators from the region were to show how the MATRIX performs under real working conditions.
At the same time, the GRIMME site in Langquaid was to become more visible — as the regional contact point for advice, service, workshop and spare parts.
The task: connect product expertise and regional proximity credibly within one content series.

PRODUCT, PRACTICE AND LOCAL PRESENCE
01
Real field experience instead of product promises
For three testimonials we accompanied two contracting businesses in Bavaria. In front of the camera were two owners and one driver who operated the MATRIX 1200 in daily use. The machine had already been in use for several weeks. The conversations were therefore based on real experience from sugar beet seeding — not on first impressions.
02
Explaining product benefits against real requirements
The interviews focused on the requirements that matter to contracting businesses in the field: placement accuracy, area output, ease of operation, coulter pressure, depth control and changing soil conditions. This meant the advantages of the MATRIX 1200 were not described in abstract terms, but assessed directly from the operator's perspective.
03
Regional proximity as part of product trust
Alongside the testimonials, a location portrait was produced with Walter Kirschner, manager of the GRIMME site in Langquaid. The focus was on short distances, personal contacts, workshop, service and spare parts supply — topics the operators also described as important for daily use.

Alongside the field experience, GRIMME's regional presence was to become visible as well. The site portrait shows Langquaid as the direct point of contact for customers in the region.
